Seer of ghosts & weaver of stories

(You are very much not forgotten)

Today's themes are definitely poetry and politics.
Although I've lived in the United Kingdom for nearly five years now, I can't vote here (because I'm not yet a citizen). Still, I've been following the proceedings with keen interest, and my hopes are pinned on both the Lib Dems and on Mad Cap'n Tom. Good luck!

Today, Flipped Eye Publishing dropped me a note to say that they are officially sending off the paperwork to nominate Lost Books for the Forward Prize. I can't say I'd mind five thousand pounds, assuming I'm even a fit contender for Best First Collection this year...! Yikes. Wonder what the competition looks like.

(Many thanks to those of you who reviewed me on Amazon, by the way. And thanks are also due to goblinpaladin for the lovely review on For I Have Tasted the Fruit.)

Oh, how exciting!! Good luck! :D

Oooh, that is some prize. Good luck!

(also, you linked me! yay!)

Of course I linked you :)

That's awesome! Good luck!!!
I was going to write a review btw, but I'm still trying to figure out what to say, I generally don't review poetry so I always feel intimidated and don't want to write: "it was, like, really awesome and stuff" LOL

I had exactly the same problem.

Say what you think. That's usually my advice :) And if you don't want to review it, that's okay, too!
