"Queen of May" has sold to Not One of Us.

It will be appearing in either October's Issue 42 or one of next year's annuals. I was hoping this one would find a home!

Congrats!!

You posted that one here, right? :D

A couple of weeks ago, yes, locked and in draft form :)

I thought that was the one. I really like it and I'm glad it found a home, too!

I shall have to tell the friend who inspired it that it's going to print.

Yes, this is awesomely pleasing. And I've almost come up with the money required, and James will probably make up the difference, etc. Crisis averted.

Congratulations! I HOPE IT WAS IN THE RIGHT FORMAT YOUNG LADY, DID YOU CHECK WIKIPEDIA OR GOOGLE FIRST?

Thank you! AND OMG YES I DID, TWICE EVEN, BECAUSE THAT IS SO UNBELIEVABLY CRUCIAL, YOU KNOW?

IT'S WHAT PROVES YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL, DUH.

I SHALL ENDEAVOR TO BE APPROPRIATELY PROFESSIONAL FROM NOW ON.

And we all know what a 100% reliable and unquestionable reliable resource Wikipedia is.

Er, sorry for the thread hijack, clearly I had been holding that comment in till now. :D

You people make my day :)

Wow! You've been doing really well with the publishing recently. Well done!

These past few weeks, yes - it's not unwelcome!

And I got news about Pearl, too - the hard drive indeed needs replacing, so it's better news than having to replace her completely :)

Well done! Hope that sugars the pill that is Mr Let Me Google That For You somewhat.

And good news about Pearl also. :)

It was the icing on last night's bizarreness, really!

And yes, OMG. I was so afraid I'd have to replace her.
